Market Opportunity
The project roadmap includes multiple liquid automated market maker (AMM) integrations and exchanges. This in addition to the smart contracts real world implementation means that end users will potentially have a large number of, practically speaking, arbitrages based on individual and general market conditions. Our float is large to allow for long term future adaptaptions for new and improved systems which we will directly consult with users about prior to any major changes. Technology typically improves fairly rapidly compared to many segments and for example gas costs, transaction system integrations, exchanges, and other variables will likely need space to be able to be directly swapped, updated and otherwise compensated for in a way that generally adds value and increases utility over time for the JGAH community. We will burn some tokens over time; however, we don't want to do so in a way that would present liquidity or market access issues and we are trying to build something that will continuously improve while providing function over many years. Often a mortgage is termed over 30 years and some individual sovereign financing looks longer than that. If we burned large numbers of tokens every week it wouldn't be a long term sustainable behavior nor functional float. Not only that but burning tokens itself has limited correlation with price appreciation. Many projects focus far too much on immediate gratification and don't have any initial intent not to mention practical planning for long term use. Bitcoin itself has not yet even existed for 20 years but we intend for this project to continue for much longer than that likely expanding far beyond the BSC system when relevant. Housing markets in the US alone currently are valued at $24.5 trillion dollars already and by 2025 housing ecosystems are expected to generate annual revenues approaching $3.8 trillion globally. This also largely doesn't factor commercial nor other shelter like hotels. We also intend to use a portion of the token distribution to maintain a permanent base level of liquidity. [McKinsey 1]
Actively developing large scale partnerships to provide significant financial advantage to JGAH participants while reducing barriers to home ownership, commercial real estate and other shelter sustainably. We are working to combine not just the transmit aspects but direct ease of use integration to help people reach functional housing ecosystems practically, whether it is from the construction vantage or a 1st time home buyer trying to afford basic shelter. Improving all of these in ways that add value are critical to not just real estate markets but the wider function of the economy throughout verticals especially and general human development as well as day to day quality of living. This isn't beyond our technological capabilities. JGAH is not a fund of paper widgets without practical utility. Just get a house. [McKinsey 2 and 3]
Food, water, and shelter are the three primary needs of all people on earth. Even many supposedly developed nations have housing affordability and large scale homelessness, food and water supply issues. "We estimate that the shortage of affordable housing depresses GDP across the metro area by more than 2 percent. This translates into $18 billion to $22 billion in lost output every year for the City of LA, and almost double that amount for all of LA County." [McKinsey 4] That's basically over $40 billion lost every year in just 1 city in the US from housing affordability issues. If you directly extrapolate those losses to the global economy due to similar issues in many economic hubs globally to get a rough approximation that is about $1.9 trillion lost every year. [McKinsey 5] An amount of JGAH will be used to help with that in addition to its core function.
This project is founded as an experiment by a student of the market that has accelerated in performance for years and has worked on projects involving cryptocurrency, fintech and blockchain technology for over half a decade. Bridging public and private markets as well as business and government there is an extensive track record of delivery on leading developments. Companies, and their shareholders, that have received billions in productive benefits include Alphabet (Google), Meta (Facebook, Instagram), Amazon, JP Morgan Chase, Blackrock and many more while regularly being an active participant in multitrillion dollar asset allocation discussions and decisions.
Putting it mildly this is intended to be a real project. Any constructive feedback you have is welcome.
